Funny... both my kids fall under that Generation Y category. I've actually heard my 20 yr old son ask a friend who was asking to borrow cash (another Generation Y participant)... asking him why he didn't just get his own job. If my son could do it, so could he and he walked away. That was huge for my son... I had never thought of my son in the same category as his "friends". Guess somebody has to keep the world moving for those that choose not to participate!!!
