Where are you going?

This morning I was blessed to be with a friend and he shared this story with me and I had a profound impact on me so I am passing it along.

He was recently Canoeing on the Suwannee River with a group of Business Men, they all got in the canoes and the race began, one of the men said “take the oars of the water and let the water take you. The river as you know is winding and you do not know what is around the bend till you get there and can see what is coming up. God created the river and the current and he is looking down and he knows what is ahead and he has a plan to get you there.

All too often we are pushing hard and not trusting God to lead us and flow with his current.
