Ephesians 6 says put on the full armor of God,
Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist,
with the breastplate of righteousness in place,
and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace
In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
Take the helmet of salvation
NOTE: These are all defensive tools
and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. The BIBLE
Is the only Offensive weapon you have and is the most important one in our daily battle if we are going to win.
To yield the sword you must first have one and then you must know it. The only way to use the power you need to spend time reading it.
As a brother, I want to encourage, no I want to beg and plead with you fellow brothers to take time to read the word, if it only a few pages a day, it can change your life and your relationship with the Father.
We are blessed to be called his son and friend and he wants us to draw close to him.

Thanks for the encouragement, begging, and pleading. I do and I will continue to read on a daily basis. Keep asking me how it's going though, as I appreciate the Brotherly Love and concern. This is what Wildmen is all about, not standing alone in our battles, rather shoulder to shoulder with those brothers in Christ that you know will be there with you no matter what. Not blaming and judging but building and encouraging. Amen Peter and again I say Amen.
